After you light a candle, it is briefly reviewed to ensure PawAngel remains a respectful and safe space for everyone. Once approved, you receive a confirmation email letting you know your candle is now visible on the memorial.
Your approval email may include:
- The memorial name
- Your candle message
- Location (if provided)
- Approval date and candle ID
- How long your candle will remain visible
⏳ How long does my candle stay visible?
Candle visibility depends on your membership level. This helps PawAngel stay calm, balanced, and technically sustainable while keeping the core experience free for everyone.
🆓 Registered User
Candles remain visible for 24 hours. This allows anyone to light a candle freely and participate without cost.
💛 Subscriber
Candles remain visible for 30 days, offering a longer-lasting presence during important moments.
🌟 Prime Member
Candles remain visible for a full 1 year, creating a lasting symbol of remembrance.
🌙 What happens when my candle expires?
When a candle reaches the end of its duration, it gently fades from public view. Nothing is deleted permanently, and your memorial itself remains unchanged.
You can always return and light another candle whenever you feel the need. Love is never limited by time.
✨ Can I keep my candle visible for longer?
Yes, if you choose to. Some members decide to upgrade so their candle can remain visible during longer periods of remembrance.
