We adapted his care, gave him extra soaks, hand-fed him his favorites. He never lost his gentle nature, still offering slow blinks and arm waves. His final bask was in a patch of real sunlight by the window, surrounded by his family. We miss him deeply, but are grateful for every sun-drenched day he gave us.
