❤️ Nature & Soul
Nebula was bold, curious, and sweet-natured. She was a messy eater, often wearing her fruit paste. She was communicative with soft chirps. She showed trust by leaping onto us and by sleeping in exposed places on our clothing. Her personality was vibrant and engaging—a tiny, spotted acrobat who brought a sense of wonder and whimsy to our home.
⭐ Special Memory
The first time Nebula successfully jumped from my hand to a curtain across the room was breathtaking. She calculated the distance, crouched, and launched. She sailed through the air, landed with a soft *pat* on the fabric, and immediately clung on, looking back as if to say, 'See?' It was a display of pure athleticism and trust (in her own abilities, if not in my catching skills). That leap, that moment of tiny, fearless flight, encapsulated her wild spirit perfectly.
🐾 Favorite Things
White star spots, curtain leaps, fruit paste eating, frog-butt appearance

Honoring a crested gecko whose pattern was a galaxy of spots, whose fearless leaps were traversals between cosmic branches.

Nebula was a celestial explorer. Her dark body was sprinkled with bright white spots like distant stars. She was most active during the 'crepuscular' hours, leaping between branches and plants with fearless accuracy. She loved to be misted, drinking from droplets with her tiny tongue. Her dropped tail gave her a permanent, cute frog-butt appearance. Watching her navigate her vertical world was like watching a tiny astronaut in a personal spaceship. The automated mister still goes off, but it rains on an empty galaxy, missing its star-dusted navigator.
