Cappuccino, a broken-colored rabbit with patches of brown and white, was well-named. Her coloring looked like the perfect mix of coffee and foam, and her personality had that same delightful combination: rich depth with bubbly joy. She had bursts of energy where she would run laps around the room, leap over obstacles, then collapse in a happy, panting heap—the rabbit equivalent of frothy excitement. But she also had deep, quiet moments where she would sit contemplatively, just observing. Her favorite time was morning, when she would have her 'cappuccino hour' of activity as we had our coffee. Our home feels flat without her frothy presence. We miss our living coffee art, our reminder that joy can be both deep and bubbly.
❤️ Nature & Soul
Cappuccino was energy with depth. She woke each day with enthusiasm, ready for whatever adventures it might hold. She was curious about everything, investigating new objects with her nose and whiskers twitching. She was social, wanting to be where the action was, often following us from room to room. She learned her name quickly and would come hopping when called, especially if treats were involved. She had a playful side, enjoying games like pushing balls or running through tunnels. But she also had a contemplative side, often sitting quietly in sunbeams, just being. Her personality was like a perfect cappuccino: rich base with joyful foam, satisfying on multiple levels.
⭐ Special Memory
Cappuccino's frothy joy was most infectious during what we called her 'Morning Madness.' Every morning after breakfast, she would have a burst of energy. She would run laps around the living room, leap over her toys (and sometimes imaginary obstacles), occasionally do 'binkies'—joyful jumps with twists in the air. This would last about ten minutes, then she would flop dramatically on her side, panting happily. The best part was her expression afterwards—complete, satisfied exhaustion. We started having our morning coffee during her madness, watching her joyful routine as we woke up. Her ability to find such pure, physical joy in simple morning exercise was a lesson in starting the day with enthusiasm.
🐾 Favorite Things
Cappuccino loved playing with toys that made noise when batted around, like balls with bells inside. She adored fresh apple slices and would hold them in her front paws like little round treasures. Her favorite thing was having her mixed-colored fur gently petted while she made soft tooth-purring sounds, her eyes closing in bliss.
