📋 A Gentle Beginning
Snowball had a special affection for winter, pressing her paws against the cold glass and watching the world turn white.

Snowball played with falling snowflakes from inside, following their paths with bright eyes. She curled in blankets with her nose tucked in, purring softly as she warmed up. She always seemed fascinated by the quiet of winter days. Remembering her connection to the season brings a gentle, soothing ache.
❤️ Nature & Soul
Snowball was winter embodied—a stunning white cat with one blue eye and one green eye, and a plume of a tail that she carried like a banner. She had the athletic build and playful nature of her breed, but her true passion was the cold season. She seemed to come alive when temperatures dropped, becoming more active, more playful, more engaged with the world. She had a delicate, trilling meow that sounded like bells. She was fiercely independent but also deeply affectionate on her own terms. She had a habit of bringing us 'gifts' of her favorite toys during snowstorms, as if sharing the special occasion. Her dual-colored eyes seemed to see both the practicality and the magic of winter.
⭐ Special Memory
Snowball's winter ritual was what we called 'First Snow Ceremony.' The first snowfall of each year, she would sit by the door and meow insistently until we let her into the enclosed porch. There, she would watch the snow fall for exactly fifteen minutes—we timed it year after year, and it was always fifteen minutes. She would track individual flakes with intense focus, occasionally reaching a paw toward the glass as if trying to touch them. After her observance, she would return inside, shake herself once, then curl up by the fireplace with a contented sigh, as if having properly welcomed the season.
🐾 Favorite Things
Snowball loved batting at icicles hanging from the eaves (from inside the window). She was fascinated by the crunch of snow under boots and would investigate our shoes when we came inside. Her favorite thing was sleeping on a faux fur blanket by the heating vent, her white fur blending with the fabric, only her different-colored eyes visible.
