❤️ Nature & Soul
Splash and her school were hardy, active, and beautifully simple. They thrived in cooler water than tropical fish. Their red tails served as recognition markers. Their personality was one of resilient simplicity—creatures adapted to specific environments, thriving with basic care, reminding us that not all beauty requires complexity.
⭐ Special Memory
The most beautiful memory is watching them in a current. We added a powerhead to simulate stream flow. They'd position themselves facing the current, their red tails waving, looking exactly like wild fish in a mountain stream. This simple simulation brought wilderness indoors.
🐾 Favorite Things
Small foods, cooler water, current play

Honoring a school of white cloud mountain minnows whose red tails and active nature brought mountain stream energy indoors.
Splash led our school of white cloud mountain minnows, small fish with bright red tails that looked like they were on fire when they turned. They were incredibly hardy and active. The tank has lost its mountain stream energy now, missing their constant motion, the red tail flashes, and the hardy simplicity they represented.
