Glow was normal under white light but magical under blue. He was active like regular danios. His modification was for scientific research originally. His personality was one of scientific wonder—a creature representing human genetic understanding, now providing beauty and education in home aquariums.
⭐ Special Memory
The most magical memory is night viewing with blue LEDs only. The tank would glow with ethereal green light from Glow and his tank mates. It looked like an alien world or deep sea scene. This transformed our living room into something magical every evening.

Celebrating a glowfish whose genetically modified fluorescence brought ethereal beauty to our night viewing.
Glow was a genetically modified zebra danio that glowed under blue LED lighting. Under normal light he looked normal; under blue light he glowed green. This created magical night viewing. The tank has lost its night magic now, missing his ethereal glow in darkness, the living science lesson he provided, and the special night viewing experience.
