Their personality was one of social cuteness—creatures whose group behaviors and appealing appearance brought simple joy to observers.

The cutest memory is finding them in their 'cory pile'—a group of six all stacked together resting. They looked like a pile of living panda toys. Even people who didn't care about fish would smile at this sight, making them perfect ambassadors for aquarium hobby.

Celebrating a school of panda corydoras whose black and white patterns and group resting were endlessly charming.

Marbles led our school of panda corydoras, small catfish with perfect panda-like black eye patches and black bands. They'd rest together in adorable piles, all facing the same direction. Their group behaviors were endlessly entertaining. The tank bottom has lost its charming pandas now, missing their group rests, the coordinated bottom patrols, and the daily cuteness they provided.
