❤️ Nature & Soul
Flow was specialized, resilient, and perfectly adapted. He seemed to enjoy the strong current, positioning himself in the flow to maximize algae grazing. He was peaceful and focused on his work. His personality was one of perfect adaptation—a creature so specifically designed for one environment that seeing him thrive in our simulated version felt like a conservation victory.
⭐ Special Memory
The most satisfying memory is watching him in full river tank flow. The water rushed at 10x turnover rate, but Flow clung effortlessly to rocks, grazing algae while fighting the current. He looked completely in his element, a living testament to nature's engineering solving environmental challenges.
🐾 Favorite Things
Strong current, smooth rocks, algae growth

Honoring a hillstream loach whose suction-cup adaptation and river-simulation tank showed specialized evolution.
Flow was a hillstream loach, a fish adapted for fast-flowing streams. We built a special river tank with strong current and smooth rocks. He'd cling to rocks with his suction-cup belly, grazing on algae in the strong flow. His flat body and streamlined shape were perfect for his niche. The river tank feels like just moving water now, missing his specialized form clinging to rocks, his adaptation to current, and the unique habitat we created together.
