❤️ Nature & Soul
Glimmer was shy, delicate, and mesmerizing to observe. He preferred dim lighting and would school with other glass cats. His transparency was a perfect adaptation—predators couldn't see him well in murky waters. His personality was one of evolutionary wonder—a creature that had turned 'invisibility' into survival strategy, now sharing that secret with captive observers.
⭐ Special Memory
The most fascinating memory is feeding time under a magnifying glass. We could watch food travel through his completely transparent digestive system—see it enter, move through, and be processed. It was like a live biology lesson, showing the inner workings of a living creature in real time.
🐾 Favorite Things
Live baby brine shrimp, dim lighting, mid-water hovering

Honoring a glass catfish whose transparent body and haunting beauty revealed the wonder of aquatic adaptation.
Glimmer was a ghost glass catfish, completely transparent except for his silver head and visible skeleton. He'd hover in mid-water with his whiskers extended, looking like a living X-ray or aquatic ghost. His transparency was both eerie and beautiful. The tank has lost its living mystery now, missing his ghostly presence, the way his internal organs were visible when he ate, and the unique adaptation he represented.
